The essence of giving flows from gratitude of all that God has given us. As we give, we acknowledge that everything we have belongs to God. We are stewards or managers of all the gifts, resources, and talents with which God has blessed us. And so we offer back to the church a portion of these gifts with thankful hearts for all that God abundantly offers to us. Our financial gifts are vital to the world-changing and life-saving work of God as we join with God in divine partnership to make a difference in our community and our world.
